Due to the nature of personal fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or used products.


If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at theundeniablehq@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.


The Undeniable reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.
